The Purpose of the Caregiver Support Network

To Learn – It is a place to ask questions, and get answers from those who understand your needs and feelings.

To Share – It provides an opportunity to exchange creative and caring techniques and ideas with other caregivers.

To Express Feelings – It offers a safe and confidential place where you can discover you are not alone in your feelings and that others understand what you are going through.

To Care – It provides an opportunity to remember that laughter, taking care of yourself and planning for the future are essential for your well-being.
